SACRAMENTO, Ca---The Women’s Premier Soccer League has announced a tentative divisional alignment for 2010, that will feature five conferences. A team affiliated with the Philadelphia Independence will play in the East Conference’s Mid-Atlantic Division. The Atlantic City Diablos and CDSA Future which were operated in the past by Team Dynamics are not part of the league lineup.
