SAN DIEGO---Sonic FC Lehigh Valley used a stifling defense and a 78th minute goal by Tucker Sandercock to defeat Chattanooga FC 1-0 and capture the National Premier Soccer League Championship on Sunday at Del Norte High School.
Chattanooga advances to face Sonic
SAN DIEGO---A 78th minute goal by Luis Trude was the difference maker for Chattanooga FC, who defeated Bay Area Ambassadors 3-2 in Friday’s second National Premier Soccer League semifinal at Del Norte High School. The win sends Chattanooga through to Sunday’s final against FC Sonic Lehigh Valley.

Allison signs with Harnosands
Former Junior Lone Star FC's forward, Anthony Allison, has signed with Swedish Division II Norrland club Harnosands FF for the 2012 season.
Allison was part of Junior Lone Star FC's U-23 squad that won the club's first championship in 2008 with the U-23 State title and a subsequent U-23 Regional title.

Ehrlich's hat trick lifts Stoners to NPSL title
Tommy Ehrlich, like almost all of his teammates on the Pennsylvania Stoners, calls the Lehigh Valley home. But judging by a spectacular performance in the National Premier Soccer League national championship game Sunday afternoon, you’d think Ehrlich has played at Mitchel Athletic Complex all his life, Ehrlich netted a hat trick to lift the Stoners to a 3-0 victory against the St. Paul Twin Stars to lead the Stoners to the 2008 NPSL national championship. Not too bad for an expansion team.

Pachuta joins coaching staff
